For a girl who was born and raised in small-town Maine, I am often surprised and delighted where my life has led me so far. I currently live outside of Annapolis, Maryland with my husband, two young daughters and two very furry dogs.

I have been blessed to have a variety of experiences in my life. I earned a B.A. in Anthropology and a M.A. in Film.  I’ve worked for large corporations such as the Discovery Channel and 20th Century Fox. I was the manager of a NASCAR store and had a fabulous stint working for the Jim Henson Company.  I am an award-winning writer, a fairly decent photographer, a singer and I can even do a small spin combination on ice skates.

I believe that a little hard work, creativity and intentionality is all that it takes to exceed our expectation of ourselves.  I am an unbridled optimist and believe absolutely in the power of laughter and having fun, especially in the face of adversity. Becoming a coach has been the perfect combination of all of these traits and experiences. Nothing brings me greater joy than watching my clients discover and embrace the lives they were meant to live. Being a coach is not just something I do; it is who I am.

I am trained through the MentorCoach® program and am currently actively working on accreditation through MentorCoach® and the International Coaching Federation.
